Black Friday is here! Get 10% Cashback in store credit!

As part of our Black Friday event, we will be giving out store credit. For any order made between Friday November 24, 2023 to Monday November 27, 2023, we will refund you 10% of the price of your purchase in the form of customer credit (hereinafter referred to as '10% cashback').

Event conditions: 

To obtain a 10% cashback on the price of your order, the following conditions must be met:

• The event lasts from Friday November 24, 2023 00:00:01 to Monday November 27, 2023 23:59:59. The order must be created in this time interval.
• All you have to do is create an order during this interval. You do not need to pay for the order immediately, for example if you choose to pay by bank transfer. However for all payment methods except cash on delivery and cash payment at our store, it is necessary to have the order paid no later than Friday December 1, 2023 23:59. If you choose store pickup and cash payment, you need to collect your order at our store at latest on December 5.
• The promotion applies to all goods, whether they are single cards or products. The promotion also applies to already discounted goods.
• The promotion is valid only for registered users who create their orders as logged-in users.
• There is no limit of orders you can create. However the maximum amount of 10% cashback you can get during this event is limited to 20 € per customer regardless of the number of orders placed. Orders divided between multiple customer accounts do no stack, the maximum of the 10% cashback will still be limited to 20 €.
• The credit you will receive from us for your order is calculated based on the final total price of the goods, meaning after applying all other discounts and without the included shipping fee.
• The promotion applies only to orders created through our e-shop. It does not apply to goods purchased at our store in person. However you can still pick up the order created via our e-shop at our store. 

When will the credit be credited? 

• We will add the credit to you customer account no later than one week after you collect your order, but not before the end of the event.
• We will automatically add the credit to your customer account. It is not necessary to contact us to add the credit, we will definitely not forget about you.
• In the event that you still don't have the credit on your account after more than a week after collecting your order, please contact us.
  
  Please pay attention to the opening hours adjusted due to our ongoing store renovation. Current store opening hours are Monday - Sunday 15:00 - 19:00.
   

We expect a large influx of new orders during the event. We will do our utmost to ensure that all orders are on their way as soon as possible but it is still possible that some orders will be delayed in shipment. Therefore, please be patient with us if dispatching your order is delayed by one or two days.
