Nemesis: Retaliation is a standalone, semi-cooperative sci-fi horror board game for 1–5 players. Players take on the roles of elite marines sent to infiltrate an alien-infested nest, complete mission objectives, gather resources, and survive long enough to escape. Unlike earlier Nemesis games, the characters are better armed and more combat-focused, but the game still keeps the series’ signature tension, hidden objectives, brutal surprises, and cinematic moments of betrayal or desperate teamwork.

Detail description
Each game unfolds on a changing facility layout, with dangerous rooms, corridors, events, alien attacks, equipment management, and unpredictable threats pushing the squad toward chaos. Players must balance cooperation with their own secret goals, meaning allies may not always stay trustworthy. The Core Box includes the main game components needed to play, such as player boards, room and corridor tiles, cards, tokens, dice, an Intruder bag, scanner, and character/alien components.
