2024-25 Upper Deck Premier features 150 cards in the base set, consisting of current stars (limited to /299 copies), all-time legends (/99), and top rookies (/399).
The latest edition is packed with some of the most sought-after Rookie Auto Patch cards of the season – and on average, each box will contain one of these cards!
Acetate (plastic) Rookie Auto Patch – this popular set features the best rookies of the 2024-25 NHL season.
The set is divided into several tiers with different limitations. The base levels are limited to /249 and /99. Parallel Gold versions are limited to /65 and /35, and there is also an extremely rare Platinum version limited 1-of-1. The checklist includes names like Hutson, Celebrini, Gaithier, Michkov, Smith...!
Horizontal Acetate Rookie Auto Patch – horizontal RAP cards were first introduced in the 2019-20 season and have since become some of the most attractive rookie cards. The checklist includes a smaller selection of rookies – base versions limited to /99 and /49, Gold parallel cards (/25 and /15), and again the rare Platinum (1-of-1). And here you’ll find only the top young players!
Acetate Veteran Auto Patch – these cards feature game-used memorabilia and autographs from some of the league’s most experienced players. They are available in three levels with limitations /49 /35 /15.
Each also has a Gold parallel card limited to /10 /5 /3. (McDavid, Matthews, Bedard, Draisaitl, Ovechkin...)
One of the main attractions of the Upper Deck Premier series is its premium rookie-focused content, including:
Mega Patches: this iconic insert set offers large, colorful patches from the most prominent parts of player jersey logos. Look for Chest Logo, Shoulder Logo, and Commemorative Logo variants – all are, of course, limited!
Patch-Tacular: these cards feature premium memorabilia from top rookies. The series includes Rookie Patch-Taculars Chest Logo (/25), Blue Parallel Shoulder Logo (/5), and Red Parallel (1-of-1). You can also find Dual Rookies Patch-Tacular versions featuring premium memorabilia from two top rookies side by side (e.g., Celebrini/Smith, McGroarty/Blomqvist, Zellweger/Gauthier, and many more).
