Conquest – Dweghom: Lost is an expansion set for the strategic war game Conquest, bringing unique and feared warriors from the ranks of the Dweghom into battle. These "Lost" are not just more warriors – they are living shrines devoted to the very act of war, their existence shrouded in mystery and legend.
Among the Dweghom, no one ever assumed that there could be any path for a Deukorr other than return or death. The idea that someone could be powerful and determined enough to reach the very Prison of War and dedicate their life to guarding it against endless assaults by demonic entities was unthinkable. Yet that is exactly what the Lost are – warriors who have become guardians of this dark place, giving up a life full of glory and recognition (Aghm) for a mysterious purpose shared only among themselves.
Their strength comes from constant battle and consuming flesh filled with primordial energy. Their bodies are hardened by elemental forces and their skin is as tough as stone, allowing them to withstand even the sharpest blades. They enter battle with bare hands, driven by an inner fire and a lust for combat. Their courage and ferocity inspire other Dweghom to acts of unprecedented bravery and brutality.
From a gameplay perspective, the Lost represent living altars of war – their presence on the battlefield literally stokes the inner flames within the bodies of Dweghom, driving them to terrifying acts of savagery and destruction.
