The expansion significantly enriches the base game with a wide range of new dragon cards, cave cards, objective tiles, and Dragon Guild boards. A newly redesigned round tracker is introduced, offering new income opportunities at the moment you pass your dragons. The game also adds training cubes (45 pieces), which are likely connected to training young dragons.
For players, this means even greater variability and new strategic paths. The new elements integrate seamlessly into the base game—for example, by replacing the original round tracker board and several specific dragon and cave cards. Prepare for a new challenge in the world of dragonology and take your academy to the very top!
The game also features a new round board that expands the rewards gained at the end of each round, along with new cave cards, objective tiles, Dragon Guild boards, and a slightly revised solo mode variant. Naturally, the expansion also includes an addendum to the Dragon Almanac with lore and insights about the new dragons introduced in the expansion.
