Payment methods
Your order can be paid using any of the payment methods listed below.
Cash in-person
We accept Czech crowns and Euro. In addition to cash, you can also pay by credit card in our store.

Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery means that you pay when receiving the goods - you pay to the driver of the courier company or postman. It is only possible to pay by card if the courier company accepts payments by card. This payment method is only available for Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Fee:
20 CZK/ 0.75 € (no fee when order is over 2500 CZK in the Czech Republic or over 160 € in Slovakia)
Payment card
You can pay safely using payment cards like MasterCard or VISA. All transactions are secured and sensitive data is protected and not saved anywhere. Your order will be ready after receiving the payment.

We do not charge any fee, your bank can charge you a fee.

Apple Pay
Pay easily and securely with Apple Pay. Confirm your payment with your fingerprint, face or passcode on your device. Your payment details are not shared with the merchant or stored anywhere. We will start preparing your order once we receive the payment.

Google Pay
Pay conveniently and securely with Google Pay. Simply confirm your payment on your mobile phone or other device connected to your Google account. Your card details are not shared with the merchant or stored anywhere. We will start preparing your order once we receive the payment.

Instant Bank Transfer
Pay immediately directly from your bank account via instant bank transfer. This payment is made within your bank's online banking and is processed within seconds, even outside of business days. We will start preparing your order once we receive the payment.

Bank transfer
You will receive payment instructions in an order confirmation email. To make things faster, if you pay in Czech crowns you can use a QR code that you can find in your order history under your user account. Your order will be ready after receiving the payment.

Processing of payment:
Transfers within FIO bank are instantaneous. Transfers from other local banks are usually processed by the next business day. Transfers from abroad usually take 2 to 3 days.
Payment by QR code
You can conveniently make a payment by scanning the QR code with the pre-filled payment details that are in the order details or in the confirmation email. This makes the payment fast and error-free. We will start preparing your order once we receive the payment.

Usually immediately, in exceptional cases by the next business day
PayPal
If you have a PayPal account, you can use PayPal to pay for your order almost immediately using their online payment gateway. Your order will be ready after receiving the payment.

2.90 % of total value + 10 CZK/0.30 €

User credit
If you have credit on your account available, you can use it partially or fully to pay for an order. If you don’t have enough credit to pay for the whole order you can pay the rest using any other payment method. Your order will be ready after payment is received.
