Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract

Did you purchase from us as a consumer and would like to return your order? By law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

After submitting the form, we will send you a confirmation by email along with any instructions for returning the goods.

You can also submit your withdrawal by email to [email protected] or in writing to Najada, U Mestanskeho pivovaru 1507/6, 17000 Prague 7-Holesovice. You do not need to provide a reason for your withdrawal.

Please send the goods back to us no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

We kindly ask you to handle collectible cards with the utmost care. If a card or other goods are damaged or otherwise devalued beyond what is necessary to inspect and assess the goods, the refunded amount may be reduced accordingly.

For sealed products (such as boosters, boxes or other sealed products), the right of withdrawal may, depending on the nature of the specific product, be subject to statutory exceptions. If you are unsure whether a particular product can be returned, please contact us before opening it.

After withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid, including the cost of the cheapest available delivery method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have sent them back.

Defective or damaged card? In such a case, this is not a withdrawal from the purchase contract but a warranty claim. Please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue.

Instructions for Returning Goods – Withdrawal from the Contract

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, it is necessary to return the entire order in full, including all purchased goods, components, accessories, gifts and any other items that were included in the order.

Please follow these instructions:

1. Pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transportation.
2. Return all items included in the order, including all accessories, packaging materials, manuals, gifts and any other components supplied with the order.
3. Include information that will allow us to identify your order, such as the order number and your contact details.
4. If the returned package does not contain the complete contents of the order, the processing of the withdrawal and the refund may be delayed.
